Web Design with Macromedia Studio MX Plus with CD (Audio) by Eric Hunley,
Web Design with Macromedia Studio MX 2004 walks the designer step-by-step through the process of creating a Web site using the programs in the Macromedia Studio MX 2004 suite. It starts by planning the site and creating a wire frame with Freehand MX, along with how to create vector graphics for use in Macromedia Flash MX 2004 and Fireworks MX 2004. From there it's on to Macromedia Flash, where the designer learns how to create dynamic content for use on the Web. Next, Fireworks is used to manipulate graphics and create Web page designs. Then the content is brought into Dreamweaver MX 2004 and the site is launched. Throughout the book, the focus is not only on how to use each tool, but how to use them together to create a seamless workflow. All of the tools needed to create and test examples are on the book's CD-ROM.

After summarizing the key aspects of XML programming in straightforward, easy-to-understand terms, users will learn how to use Dreamweaver MX 2004 to import XML data, how to automate the production of graphics files using XML and Fireworks, and how to develop dynamic sites with XML and Macromedia Flash TM MX 2004.
